Bills uncle is a very talented musician and played for them at the ceremony.

We did some family photos back at the Steckle Family Farm where Bill and Mel held their reception. Both Bill and Mels families are just as charismatic as they are. I love seeing generations of family coming together to celebrate :)

Mels bouquet was perfect….exactly what I would choose if I were to marry Jerry again today.

Mel and I both thought we had better get a photo of Bill on this tractor. He was such a good sport about it!

I adore the cozy cottage feel that Bill and Mel made in the barn. They provided blankets for their guests since it was April and weather was unpredictable. It ended up being a bit chilly and so they were put to good use!

We set up a photo booth on the dance floor and as always the guests did not disappoint! I do LOVE seeing the results of a glass of wine or two and some goofy props.

Dave sent a gift for Mandy on the morning of their wedding. It was a gorgeous tiffany’s bracelet.

Mandy’s hair was so elegant and she crafted her own veil.

I have never seen a bouquet quite like Mandy’s! It was made of antique brooches. Amazing.

Dave had custom Chucks made for the entire wedding party. I personally own 4 pairs of them at any given time and am now working on my own custom pair. Dave also had the cuff links engraved with each of their initials.

I caught a glimpse of Mandy’s mom pinning her fathers boutonniere just before the ceremony. Sweet.

I LOVE this shot Hilary grabbed as Mandy saw Dave for the first time.

I love the way Mandy’s parents are looking at Dave as they give their daughter away. Trust.

This could arguably be my favourite photograph from the wedding ceremony. Mandy turned to Dave as she was signing the registry and they both could not contain their happiness.

Dave and Mandy wanted to head off to Ethel’s Lounge for a beer and some time to hang out with the wedding party before heading out for photos.

Dave had a friend bring this amazing car to Ethel’s for a few photos out front. Fun.

Dave wanted to find a place that was a little “Gritty” to take some shots of the two of them so we headed downtown and found this little alley. I love the contrast between the location and the couple.

We headed back to the ceremony and receptoin site at Steckle Family Farms to finish up our photo shoot and get back to the guests and the beer! The details Dave and Mandy put together for their wedding were so simple and incredibly elegant. Love.
